My Story
Love yourself first!
I have learned - that I cannot allow any other being to be responsible for my happiness.
Learning, growing - through relationships with friends, family members, siblings and spouses - that my energy has been (until recently) a direct result of vibrational magnetic attraction. Losing myself, forsaking my truth in order to enable everyone else and their happiness.
I live my life following joy, and often easily led - following along, guided by the excitement and going with the flow.
Until I became aware that instead of joy - I began experiencing anxiety.
As life was evolving, I started experiencing feelings of anger, fear, repression, insecurity..
I learned how to stay calm and observe.
And how to understand what is triggering my emotional reaction.
And it always comes with a vision… a glimpse from the past… or of a time that I found myself in some compromising position.
Once I figure out what energy is affecting my peace, its a lot easier to focus on a future where peace is paramount.
By living in a “glass half full” mentality - some may say delusional - I have come to believe (and fully embrace) the potential for magic to occur.
The workings of the human body also fascinate me. I learned about the remarkable connection between body and soul and how they communicate - how to recognize their subtle language – thoughts and feelings. Pain provides hidden meaning.
And through extensive education in therapeutic massage amongst other modalities I have developed a skill set that has helped many people release their physical and emotional pain.
I cannot make magic happen for you..
I can only show you how my magic works, for me- and help you discover yours.
